The Mylk Man Always Rings Twice
All right I admit I have a healthy obsession with Almond Milk, but truly this is
the holy grail of all almond milks! This milk is even better than the one
I painstakingly make, and the best thing about it is it is delivered right
to your doorstep! The founder Jeff Leaf has created a delicious elixir using
coconut water for the liquid in his milk. So it’s a combination of all the things
we cherish: almonds and coconuts. The coconut water isn’t from the bleached
shells, but those sweet little ones from Thailand that are rich with electrolytes.
He makes his batches of nectar fresh in Venice and delivers once a week.
After tasting this I can’t ever go back to carton almond milk. Also if you’re at all concerned with the radiation from the Japanese sites, almond milk is the way to
go since dairy will be the first food source that may be contaminated. My children
love to guzzle a few glasses every day.
