Heroic Vanguards = James Stewart and Sharon Palmer from Rawsome
Although this posting doesn’t seem to fit with the Tuscan theme, this week was when two people that I thoroughly respect were harassed and terrorized so it is only right that they be featured. In some ways there is a correlation with Italy, since both James and Sharon want to give Americans an opportunity to have access to naturally raised foods like they have in Europe. They have devoted their lives and livelihood to us and now they are in jeopardy of losing everything.
James and Sharon were illegally arrested with a ridiculous bail amount set for over $120,000. This was for supposedly selling goat yogurt to a non Rawsome member. This sting operation that has shut down Rawsome, wasted over 500 gallons of milk, and destroyed over a hundred thousand dollars of wholesome produce was done with our tax dollars. For some reason the dairy industry fears our little innocuous ma and pa farms and want to force us to consume their watered down, bleached out, antibiotic riddled milk products.
