Sacred Tea Served by Baelyn

Tea Ceremonies

I first experienced a traditional Tea Ceremony through my beautiful friend Baelyn Elspeth last Spring at her Tea House. It was a very special tea ceremony where I felt a meditative quality. The second time I was served tea by Baelyn, I felt a deep, moving, transformative relationship with her, the sisters around me and the tea itself. I felt an awakening to the ancient ritual, every moment was transcendent. The first time I wasn’t completely giving into the experience, I was still in my head and ego; where with the second, I was more committed to going in deep. I felt a myriad of emotions from being in the stillness, and in those moments there was great beauty. The Living Tea is an organic, wild, and live blend that feeds your spirit. The tea comes from ancient, old growth groves, and is medicinal and profound. I am extremely sensitive to caffeine, and yet I was able to drink the tea and not have any issues. Baelyn, a student of plant medicine, is a graceful goddess who has been studying with a tea master in Taiwan for several years now. She now carries that ancient ritual and tradition over the seas and to us here in our land.

Great idea Anita. Next time a video is in order. There was complete silence during the ceremony but some background music. x
