July is almost here. Summer is rushing by and so far it has been all about work and the children. How can we take those moments out of the day to enjoy our life? This week we discover La Bella Figura a wonderful holistic beauty line. Their name is derived from the Italian expression which is about finding beauty in every day life. Whether it be from taking a moment to walk in the garden, or noticing how fragile humanity is when speaking to a homeless vet, these are the fragments that will make up our life's tapestry when we look back.
My love and I of three years are no longer together. We were planning a trip to Kauai next week, and now I have to decide if I should go alone or stay home. Is it easier to deal with heartbreak in your own home or in paradise? Paradise can be lonely too if you're just pining away for what was. Heartbreak whether is be from the death of a pet or the end of dream is obviously devastating, but as Leonard Coehn so eloquently says "there are cracks in everything, that's how the light gets in". Where will I be able to receive the most light?
This week we will meet a Rose sister - Kathy Azarmi Rose, and go cherry picking with the kids. Please do go see Framageddon if you get a chance. We cannot allow our government to destroy our access to wholesome, natural foods.
