Decalcifying Our Personal Stars ~ The Pituitary Gland

Tuning into our inner intuituion

A few nights ago something happened that mystified me. I was laying on the couch watching a documentary with Luna my shepherd when suddenly, out of the blue, I reached over to her and directly picked a tick that was about to embed into her skin. The lights were out, I had no conscious idea of what I was doing. It was as if someone was moving my arm and directing it towards the exact area where the tick was. After I removed the tick I checked Luna in the light and she was all clear. How did I know she had a tick? There haven’t been any around lately. How did I know exactly what spot to reach into in the fur? It was as if I had an internal sight mechanism. This may seem like a coincidence, however I have been having more and more episodes like this. Last week when driving home from the Spirit Weavers gathering in Northern California,  I spontaneously pulled into a gas station in a small town to have my tires checked. The mechanic said all was ok but as I was about to leave, I noticed a gash on my front right tire. I asked him if that was ok and he said no way that would have been a horrible tire explosion on the FWY. Again coincidence? No I think what is happening is my pituitary gland is becoming crystal clear and connecting me to my intuition in a major way. I feel our Pituitary glands are like our personal Northern Stars that can help us navigate through the seas of life.

The ancient Greeks, Romans, Egyptians, Christians have mentioned that our pituitary is connected to our spirituality and intuition. The pineal gland is right behind where our third eye lies on our foreheads. The pineal gland is what gets activated during meditations, and is connected to our bliss, intuition, clarity, hormonal health, creativity, better sleep, and more. Many people have calcified pituitary glands due to the fluoride in our water. Is this a way the higher ups are keeping us asleep? Interesting theories around this subject are available on line. Here is one fascinating article from Natural News that covers this theory.

Some ways to decalcify the pituitary are:

~ Avoid fluoride as much as possible in toothpastes and in drinking water. Use filters and more natural toothpastes. Drink natural Spring Water as much as possible.

~ Avoid calcium supplements.

~ Remove mercury from dental work,  and don’t eat fish of any kind. The seas are sadly totally polluted with led and mercury which is another toxic source for the pituitary.

~ Avoid sodas and processed foods. Chicken nuggets and these types of food made to target vulnerable children are made with the bones and debris of the carcasses which are just toxic piles of calcifying ingredients.

~Kundalini yoga since the kriyas were created to focus on your third eye point which strengthens the gland.

~ Apple cider vinegar. The malic acid in authentic apple cider vinegars will break down the calcification.

~ Raw cacao. This will stimulate the pituitary and is high in antioxidants.

~ MSM supplement which is a wonderful detoxifying method for the body. It also helps with the health of hair and nails.

~ Avoid cooking with teflon pans and use surgical steel cook ware. Here is an informative video I made years ago on the subject with Nena.

~ Chlorella and chlorophyll are great for detoxifying the body of heavy metals and calcification.

~ Eat beets. They contain doses of Borax (a natural occurring mineral) or Boron  which can remove fluoride from the body. It can also be found in dried plums.

~ Some other foods that will help are tamarind, hemp seeds, raw lemon juice, coconut oil, watermelon, seaweed (iodine is great), chaga mushroom, garlic, noni juice, cilantro, goji berries.

Shiva, Your website means the world to me. You are an inspiration. Thank you for another amazing and informative post. Just to clarify, do both the pituitary and pineal gland run the risk of calcification? Much love

Thank you so much Rusheen. To be honest I haven’t researched the pineal gland but I am assuming since it is located near the pituitary it may also run the risk. I will start investigating. Thank you so much!
